On your internal network only or from outside too? In either case if you
have  them  switch  to  using  the  submissions  port you can close down
outside access to the SMTP port.

Its possible but it take a bit of work.

As I mentioned above have outside users use the submissions port.

Outside  MTAs  would  send  to port 25 on your MX pointing at the IMGate
box, outside MUAs would send to port 587 on your IMail box.
