My plan was to run a web server (IIS) which has limited internal traffic in
the same VM as IMail, and then a similar web server VM for test (when
needed), and possibly a backup Novell 6 VM just to backup the eDirectory
tree (which only has 60 users.)  The hardware would be Dual 2.8ghz Xeon, 3GB
RAM, 10K SCSI drives.

My only concern with this was IMail and if that isn't an issue given my
scenario it sounds like VMware might be a good fit for us.
