Certainly. Instead of CC all internal users, cc a new account, which is a program alias.
That program alias would do what you want. IMail doesn't have that resolution. It <probabl> could do all the filtering, but eventually would either deliver or trash the email, it wouldn't modify it and send it on. I'd be happy to write you a program that does what you need. I'd need a few more details, of course. And, if you wanted to do this on ANY outbound mail, regardless of it being CC'd to the "right" place, we can probably do that too, but I'd need to think about that somewhat.
