I don't know if anyone would be in a position to comment as to why but maybe if u didn't use the account but still published your email. Might be a virus
Nope... Never sent an email from that account - not even to myself, never advised anyone that I even had the account. The account was created from my personal machine and not from a "public" machine. I don't use a virus/worm magnet program like Outlook - I use Eudora Pro - so even if my machine had been "infected" - it has not been - the addressbook would not have been vulnerable.
Very odd.
which could have used your email stored in your address book or worst the computer which you used to create the account from could be public and could well be compromised. The list is endless...
