I did this myself a few weeks ago with no problems. 1. installed imail on the new server. 2. stopped imail on old server. 3. exported registry key. 4. copied user directories from old to new server. 5. imported registry key. 6. shut down old mail server. 7 restarted new server 8. entered activation on new server.
