Hi,

Recently I started using imaps and pop3s (port 993 and 995) and all works fine
except that I'm seeing some error messages that didn't appear before.

These errors have a low frequency, about half a dozen per day which is
negligible. I'm just wondering if this is something that changed in 2006
versions or it has something to do with using pop3s and probably the client
software (mostly Outlook, some TBird, few MailApp and other). The server
environment is Solaris 9 (sparc), all users mailboxes are mix format, inetd
started daemons on ports pop3, imap, pop3s, imaps (but all new error messages
appear only with pop3).

The messages (with some context) look like this:

Oct 13 17:37:31 sunfire ipop3d[14185]: [ID 868162 mail.info] Login user=fm
host=customer-143.xertix.com [200.57.94.143] nmsgs=0/0

Any ideas?
