All of these error messages are variants of "client disconnected without
issuing a proper logout command first" and can be safely disregarded.
Some clients do this routinely.
I thought that I had exterminated all the oddball forms of this message,
but it looks like I only did so in imapd. I'll do so in ipop3d too.
