Indeed 2006c1 seems to have fixed the flag issue. Obviously it's hard
to prove a negative but I've copied about 5x the number of messages
under 2006c1 than it took to see the problem with 2006c and it has
not recurred.
I'll post quickly if that changes but it looks good to me presently.
