If a non-developer is looking for a free, simple to administer
Windows-based email server with built-in IMAP, SMTP, SPAM and AV, I
recommend hMailserver
http://www.hmailserver.com/ We've got a couple of labs where this tool has
been quite useful, and a nice fit (where I have no choice but to run
Windows.)

Just a thought.
