And I just noticed the "m" flag shouldn't be there for the reasons given
in the RESTRICTIONS section of the tmail man page, so I've now added
define(`LOCAL_MAILER_FLAGS', `rn9')dnl
which cuts out the "P" too, leaving only the Return-Path added by
tmail.
