No. The mailer definition now reads

Mlocal,         P=/usr/local/libexec/tmail, F=lsDFMAw5:/|@qrn9, S=EnvFromL/HdrFr
omL, R=EnvToL/HdrToL, E=\r\n,
                T=DNS/RFC822/X-Unix,
                A=tmail $u

and sending a test mail to myself reproduced the behaviour. Furthermore
tmail logged the line

Mar 14 12:20:08 atlas tmail[1821]: delivered to /var/mail/joel

and in the mail itself, before any maildrop processing, the first few
headers were

>From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 14 12:20:08 2007 +1100
Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Received: via tmail-2006f.16 (invoked by user joel) for joel; Wed, 14 Mar 2007 1
2:20:08 +1100 (EST)
