I should emphasize that this is NOT a bug in mixcvt; this is a bug in the
traditional UNIX mailbox format support code.
mailutil works around such bugs since it can encounter defective IMAP
servers in which the RFC822.SIZE does not match the size of the header
plus the size of the message text. That workaround slows mailutil down
(it has to fetch the message text twice for each message) so I would
prefer in mixcvt to fix the bug in the traditional UNIX mailbox format
support code rather than work around the bug.
