are lots and lots of them out there, and many of them are free.  Take a
look at some of them, and see if any of them will meet your needs.

Besides that, if you want to have multiple people use one email account, make sure the mailboxes are at least in mbx format, which allows shared access. And try to use something like procmail, which will direct emails depending on keywords to certain mailboxes. Say there is a support email for Miss Example, the address could be "To: Miss Example <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>", a procmail rule would then filter that based on the name and send it to her specific inbox on the support account, called for missexample.INBOX or whatever.

It's rather crude (so is my explanation ;-), but quite effective since in practice most of the time only the initial email will go into the general INBOX and any subsequent emails will have the person's name who they are replying to in the "To:" field so they will be directed to that person's support inbox.
