I've started work on the i18n document (tentatively called draft-ietf-imapext-i18n-00.txt, assuming WG chair approves). The first cut will include the stringprep profile, and a mechanism to negotiate comparators so we're not locked into one solution forever. This is hard work so it will take me some time to produce a first draft.

Please nag me again if I haven't produced an internet-draft by mid-January.
