Does Cyrus change the UIDVALIDITY of each of the mailboxes that are
renamed?  If not, that is a problem unless it can be guaranteed that that
UIDVALIDITY will never be used by another mailbox which, at some point in
its existence, has the same name.

That's the problem with most IMAP server implementations have with RENAME.
