Pine's enable-fast-recent-test facility uses the \Marked and \Unmarked
flags. When this feature is set, TAB ("next new mailbox") will do the
following for a mailbox under consideration, depending upon the setting
the these flags:
\Marked stop at this mailbox; there's something that
should be looked at
\Unmarked skip this mailbox
neither flag do a more thorough test (e.g. using STATUS) to
decide whether to stop at or skip this mailbox
