Same as Pete's experience here - nothing I did ever showed that
character as anything other than a space; I could have looked at that
one forever and never picked it up visually. Oddly enough, the routine in
Mercury that returns envelope data should have - at the very least - sent
that as a literal (even though it's bogus); I'll have to take a close look at
it and see why that didn't happen.
Thanks to everyone for their assistance - I've now modified my address
parser to handle this situation.
