I've committed the last version (3.3.CHARACTER.cvs20071110b).

Only for 'http'/'httpThin' and 'mobile': full support for character
pages, including retrieving information about character and searching
for a character name.
I _think_ that the backward compatibility with old client-side code
and 'sql'/'local' is full, but...

The currentRole property of Movie and Character object can now be
a list, to support multiple characters played by the same person in
a movie and characters played by multiple persons in the same movie
(I hope it doesn't sound too confusing [1]).

The helpers module contains a new function, usable to pretty-print
Person/Movie/Character objects.

The code is still a bit crappy and _absolutely_ untested.
No documentation, still.

In the next days/weeks, it will be cleaned, commented and fixed.
Oh, the test-suite, is actually broken - this is probably the
very next thing I'll fix.

Please, try it:
  cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/imdbpy co -r character imdbpy

Have fun.
