Sounds like there's an error condition. - This would cause Imail to connect/disconnect without sending any smtp commands.
- And it would keep re-trying, leading to the rapid connect/disconnect 100K times/day. The customer can set the Imail SMTP logging to "Debug Messages" (restart the service) and look for clues in the Imail log.
