I had a rather interesting but non-productive discussion with the
ipwhois folks and UUNET.  UUNET has always done the same thing they
say and certain rules change which rfc-ignorant says they violate.
But the rules are due to change again soon so UUNET says they intend
to do nothing.  rfc-ignorant said well we'll leave you listed then.

I said this is a load of crap.  They said they didn't particularly
care what I thought.

So I've determined that rfc-ignorant is an apt name for the
organization and no longer use it in any of my tests.
