I have always said "using RFCI to block mail is *not* for everyone". 
It's a level of anal-retentiveness that many sites simply don't want or 
need. (although qmail users around the world seem to have rejoiced at 
DSN simply so they don't have to suck it up and swallow double-bounces 
*grin*).

Like any dnsbl, it amounts to "you may not like it. If you don't, then 
don't use it. If the place you're sending mail to is using it, then 
either they *do* agree with the principles of the list, or they aren't 
necessarily smart admins and they implemented a list without really 
researching what that list uses as its criteria."

There hasn't been any "bait and switch" maneuvers in our listings. 
Aside from clarifications and minor niggling, our listing criteria is 
the same today as it was on Day One, so it's not like "$admin set up 
the list, and then the list criteria changed under his feet".
