You need to make sure that you do not have the "Refuse NULL <> Senders"
check box check under SMTP Security in iMAIL.

Subject: [IMGate] Bounced messages not returning to users

I forward all iMail's outbound mail through IMGate (Postfix) by setting
my
IMGate box as the "Gate Host" in iMail. Ever since I started doing this,

users have stopped getting bounce messages when a piece of mail cannot
be
delivered for whatever reason. As you can imagine, this causes a
problem. I
would like to continue running things like this, because I like
isolating
iMail from the rest of the world as much as possible, among other
reasons.
Can anyone think of how I might be able to get errors to go back to the
sender, short of making all my users change their smtp setting in their
email client. Ultimately I would like to have them do that anyway, but
I'd
like to avoid a sweeping change that will affect all my customers at
once.

Thanks,
Jackson
