yes, it could help a lot, if enough IPS's and legit org's whose servers 
don't accept bouncs and so get rejected by SAV.   This would reduce the 
whitelisting effort in SAV.

Instead of a RBL, it's a RWL.

btw, my conclusion about the recent massive blacklisting by MSN is that 
they made a huge blacklist that was sure to stop tons of spammers from 
which they must suffer mightily, with the whitelist being activated by 
ANYONE, almost automtically, who sent them a request for whitelisting, 
since spammers probably wouldn't do that.

Of course, this dumps the whitelisting effort and aggro totally on the 
innocent victims, but this is MS, after all.  We should be happy they 
didn't charge us an annual whitelist license fee and require root access to 
our MXs.  :))
