One of my BIG clients is upset because when the send email and the TO field has 10 or more persons. They have the same problem when they us CC. The problem is that the names don't appear in the TO: field in the recipients message or in the message headers. The mail is delivered, but this is not important ;-) what's important is that the message header show all recipients, it never shows the complete list. Example if they list includes 11 only 8 would be listed, sending to 8 only 5 would be listed. It appears that it;s dropping the last 3.
