Good idea consider ing Ports 25 & 110 are clear text
End you need SSL and diff port numbers if your going to state otherwise

We tell them there is no warrantee or guarantee of anything, including
privacy.  That while we do not hand out information without a lawful warrant
from a proper authority, we also can not make any assurance that information
will not be mistransmitted, or misaddressed.
