AOL requiring PTR to accept mail would be wonderful. Since all legit MTAs would have to do it, so rejecting no-PTR MTAs would make them illegit. Pray for it. The other block they are implementing is all "dynamic" networks. AOL looks these up in some registry where ISPs list their dynamic networks, such as dial-up nets, DSL nets, cable networks. This is very similar to my idea of of mta_clients_subscriber.regexp (access subscriber, ie, the same three type of networks AOL would be blocking) that blocks based on PTR domains. Len
