There are several possibilities in "man access".
This looks more interesting than postcat:
REDIRECT [EMAIL PROTECTED]
After the message is queued, send the message to
the specified address instead of the intended
recipient(s).
If [EMAIL PROTECTED] was a fake domain but resolved in transport.map to your
(Imail) server's IP with the same fake domain, then you could pull the mail
from [EMAIL PROTECTED] that like any other mailbox.
