To hold, replace REJECT with HOLD. I have different comments after each one so I know what exactly trapped the email.
My mail volume however is quite low, so far only 5 or 6 get held per week, usually false positives (lots of '....' or spaces in the subject). But this week I had 2 reported as Klez, and 3 suspicious attachments (.scr, .bat, .pif). One had title and body referring to 'your application for refinancing' (sent to a renter), and the come on said 'we have attached scanned copies' of important legal documents. 'Look at it real closely' even though copies were supposedly in the mail!
