the problem as i see it is that some want all mail coming from mp3.com but others dont want it and as i can see imgate is only set up to filter all mail not per domain.

Most IMGates apply the same filtering to all traffic, simply what is spam is spam for everbody. Some IMGates are setup to whitelist recipient domain or recipients so they get all spam, no filtering.
