For those of you who follow the Imail list, I'm going post a msg with 
evidence supporting my position for blanket-blocking of subscriber 
networks, using, just to have some nose-tweaking fun, charter.com.  :))

The "fun" part, for you, is to figure out whose "legit business" MTA runs 
on this "customer premises equipment" subscriber network (which will also 
explain his vociferous, energetic opposition.  But his opposition is hardly 
impartial and disinterested, it's totally self-serving):
