I was just talking to one of the guys at the help desk about what all types of mail we are bouncing. We both agreed that even though what we are doing is hard nosed we should stick to our guns and not remove such entires for a handful of whiners. Charter can come up with a standard DNS setup or just keep getting blocked. DustyC
