then remove it!!  you people have to understand that NOTHING in the IMGate 
config is written in stone.  adjust ANTYHING and EVERYTING to fit local 
requirements.

This is kind of a "north American" filter, since it is meant to filter 
"foreign" spam coming into north America, foreign because it has "charset" 
specifying (mostly) non-English languages.

I have an IMGate client in LA with lots of customers who correspond with 
the other side of the PacRim, so this filter is out.
