Ya, my customer just complained that they're still getting rejected.  I'll
move "[1." to a separate line.

You can't whitelist header_checks

The only way to fix this is remove the "[1." Class A item from the bogon
filter.

To compensate, one could make a similar, second filter line in the
_bogon.regexp file that  ClassA's removed from the the main filter line but
WARNed rather than REJECTed, so you could keep an eye on what, if any, is
getting through.
