Yes,  or at least keep it patched.  Upgrading is so easy I see no reason not to 
upgrade. Stick with 4.x as 5 is just not quite ready
yet for production.

While we are on the subject, does anyone know the ftp site for the latest 4.9 security 
branch?  This one is still carrying 4.8
