How-To upgrade freebsd while having a 6 pack v0.1

Use at your own risk and backup your important data just in case.  Do not operate any 
motor vehicles or heavy equipment while
performing this upgrade.

Have 6 pack chilled.

log into freebsd box type "/stand/sysinstall"
-drink beer
select "Upgrade an existing System"
-drink beer
answer "YES" and "OK" to the next prompts
-drink beer
Choose distribution #8 "Average user - binaries and doc only"
-drink beer
select "NO" if it asks you to install ports collection
-drink beer
It will take you back to the distribution install
the distribution #8 "Average user" should be selected, hit "ok"
-drink beer
answer "OK" to the backup directory
-drink beer
On the choose installation media menu select Options
-drink beer
change the release name to 4.9-STABLE-20031202-JPSNAP. Type q to quit.
-drink beer
Select "Install from an FTP Server"
-drink beer
Choose current.freebsd.org
-drink beer
answer "yes" to network already configured
-drink beer
It should log into the ftp server and grab the new binaries
once the upgrade is done exit to shell
-drink beer
type "cd /"
type "cp /kernel.GENERIC /kernel"
-drink beer
reboot

Your system should now be upgraded to the latest 4.9 image and you should also have a 
nice warm fuzzy feeling inside of you.

Easy ?? For einstein.
Every time I go to upgrade and start reading the docs I go have a 6 pack
instead.
Got any Freebsd upgradnig for SCARED IGNORANT DUMMIES ?
