It's been an exciting couple of weeks. Thanks to all that responsed to my cries for help. As I suspected three of my customers had viruses that were killing my mail server. ( One was infected during the hour it took to unload the current virusscanner and upload a newer version on on his Exchange server ) It seems to me that a growing number of entries in the queue is a bad sign. So I have added the following as a cronjob every 15 minutes. I was going to call it canary.sh ;-)
