Thanks for your note. Did you run a "make upgrade" after upgrading FreeBSD 4.9 to the
latest patch?
"make tidy" deletes the executables and requires a complete rebuild. And after a
rebuild, the error output of a "make upgrade" gives a decent response...

But perhaps there is just something funky in my configuration. But I never experienced
this response in the past.
Has noone else had this problem?
