Hi Steve, One quick way to do this is to add a concept for telephone number to the global property dashboard.overview.showConcepts. This will make telephone number appear on the default dashboard under "Most recent observations", and will allow you to add/edit it from there. You could also create a person_attribute for telephone number which would appear on the "Edit patient form", but as far as I know there isn't currently a way to add attributes to the dashboard.
