Dear all : I am designing an HTML form and I need some guidance about the concept dictionary . On the paper form, attached to this message , I have Cardiovascular system, Respiratory system, Gastrointestinal system + liver ...etc . I did no find those concepts in dictionary . Do I create my own concept ? or what else it the best way to do ?.
