Hi Evelyn,
This is likely caused by a Javascript issue somewhere on the page. Some
questions:
* Are you running the programlocation module?
* Do you have any special characters in your program, workflow, or state
names?
* Can you report the results from the javascript console?
- In Chrome, right click on the page, click "Inspect Element", go to
the Console tab and see if any errors appear)
- In Firefox, right click on the page, click "Inspect Element with
Firebug", and follow the same process (hopefully this is enabled by
default in Firefox)
* Screenshot of your manage modules page and an example of the problem
on the patient dashboard (with a test patient)

This was working when we deployed the systems into the field in
December and stopped working in Feb. The people who are using the
systems have limited access so I don't believe that they were able to
cause this error. However, the most detail I can get from them is that
"it just stopped working".
