Hi Evelyn,
Thanks for the info. I'm not sure if that error is meaningful or a red
herring. Similar errors have been reported before, but I'm not sure
they have had this impact:
https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/TRUNK-2658
https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/HTML-167
My best guess is still that this is a javascript error and has been
introduced by one of the modules you are running. I would try stopping
modules, seeing if the behavior is fixed with no modules running, and
then add them back in gradually until you identify whether one in
particular is the root cause. My hunch is that one of the following are
the likely cause, as they likely modify part of the patient dashboard:
Patient Image Module
Custom Branding Module
Household Module
Growth Chart Module
Good luck,
Mike

Hi Mike,
Thanks for responding. Here are the answers to your questions.
1. No
2. No
3. Here is the error that appears:
Uncaught Invalid dimensions for plot, width = 0, height = 0
2event.layerX and event.layerY are broken and deprecated in WebKit.
They will be removed from the engine in the near future.
4. See attached screenshot for Modules (this error occurred so we
upgraded OpenMRS and all the modules to see if that would fix the
problem... it didn't)
See attached screenshot of Patient Dashboard
** You can see that I was able to un-enroll the patient from the
"Maternity Care Program" in November 2011. (therefore the pop-up box
was working)
** When I click on "Child Health Program", no pop-up appears
** When I hover over "Child Health Program", I see
"javascript:showEditPatientProgramPopup(7)
Thanks again,
Evelyn

Hi Evelyn,
This is likely caused by a Javascript issue somewhere on the
page. Some questions:
* Are you running the programlocation module?
* Do you have any special characters in your program, workflow, or
state names?
* Can you report the results from the javascript console?
- In Chrome, right click on the page, click "Inspect Element",
go to the Console tab and see if any errors appear)
- In Firefox, right click on the page, click "Inspect Element
with Firebug", and follow the same process (hopefully this is
enabled by default in Firefox)
* Screenshot of your manage modules page and an example of the
problem on the patient dashboard (with a test patient)
Thanks,
Mike

Hi All,
We are running OpenMRS version 1.8.3 and I am having a problem
with the programs. I can add a new program fine (click on "add a
new program" and the pop-up box appears). However, I am not able
to complete a program (normally I would click on the program, a
pop-up box would appear and I add the completion date). Now when
I click on the program, nothing happens.
This was working when we deployed the systems into the field in
December and stopped working in Feb. The people who are using the
systems have limited access so I don't believe that they were
able to cause this error. However, the most detail I can get from
them is that "it just stopped working".
Any ideas?
Thanks
Evelyn
