We were hoping to avoid a lengthy email chain of comments - but we can
do that.
Would it be helpful to move it to a wiki? Can you set up a page and go
ahead and forgive the amount of mistakes we're going to make - we've
moved our life to a google doc format to capture comments and avoid the
oddity of wiki (for business reasons).
I would like to avoid etherpad - that appears to be an install whereas
Google docs and wiki aren't.
