I created an issue on the V1 github asking if there is a guide for the
process. Wasn't sure who else to ask. Maybe it's straighforward though
and doesn't need a guide.

I don't believe it does.
I also asked this on git. I did find this task, which looks like roads,
but may have been created with polygon shapes around each road (?).

3) Time: I don't have a bunch of free time. Is anyone available to
help walk me through it (or do it)?
Time, but not the skill. But I will look at the US version to see what
it might take to patch HOT's latest.
I know people in our local CfA brigade that have skills needed so I
could help organize that.
