+1 about humans being the central driving force. Right now I'm working on two "imports" in Fairfax County (bus and road data), a place I live, work, and play in. I'm personally invested in the area, and have a strong desire to see a better map in the area. Since there are many areas in the county that I've mapped already, I am keenly aware of not squashing but rather preserving community edits.
