The only tag value in all caps should be UNICEF - and having a source=*
tag is contrary to the Wiki page anyways.
Moreover, it might be nice to add "Ecole de " to all school names, but
I am not sure if that would fit well for all 10,000 node names...
Only if that's part of their name.
The more I look at this, the more I think this proposal is making the
common mistake of trying to convert every field in the source dataset
into an OSM tag, which is seldom appropriate.
