This is an interesting proposal

*Legal*
As ODbL, the data is obviously compatible and compatible with the contributor terms. It would be good to get something on the record from Dero that the license is ODbL, either an email or something public would work.

*Tagging*
The tagging looks okay, but it's a bit of an interesting case - bicycle repair stations are clearly of interest to mappers, but for various reasons there aren't many tagged.

Dero seems to use "Dero" for their branding instead of "dero", so brand=Dero would probably be better. I would add details about the changeset tagging you're proposing on using to your proposal.

*Data Quality
*There are some duplicate stations in the data - downtown Vancouver has an example of two at the exact same location with different operators. Outside Seattle at Bellevue College is another example which is possibly duplicates.

*Fuzzy Matching
*It's hard to comment on this. What ever matching is used will undoubtedly need tweaking, both after importing reveals problems and as bike repair stations become more common, both as street furniture, in Dero's database, and in the OSM database.

How will it be handled if a station is imported, then a subsequent import run finds it has been deleted?
