From the responses received it sounds like we should first look at the 
licensing issue. I’d prefer not to make our TM and Data Agreement public but 
would be happy to send it to OSM's legal or those familiar the OSM license. If 
our agreement does not provide the necessary language I’d be happy to consider 
modifying the agreement within reason. I cannot remember a brand’s legal team 
having issues with their POI distribution, it’s alway about their IP (TM, SM 
etc). I wouldn't think that OSM would be interested in a brand’s IP which we 
would withhold.

:)  agree it’s impossible to exceed expectations with mapping POI data.
