I just have a couple of points. For our imports in the Seattle area we have merged single address nodes with the building outline. Multiple nodes and nodes not inside of the building outline are left as stand alone address nodes.
Shouldn't a building tagged as Residential by the provider be tagged building=house? Can you provide some sample buildings and addresses?
