I don't think so. The buildings were just an example for possible incompatibilities. If there are 200 of those there are almost certainly also at least several hundred others - like the too close proximity to roads issue Rory mentioned or other areas incompatible with the presence of trees. The english species names in the table seem wrong - AFAIK it is "Red Oak", not "Oak Red" - see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:species The tag you plan to use for the size of the trunk is still undocumented.
