I take the view that the import shows up where existing can be improved and 
additional roads/driveways added. In this case:

A) The road is in the incorrect position
B) The driveways to these housing units can be added

We shouldn’t stop imports of correct data because existing OSM data is wrong. 
If anything, in this case the import helps manual mappers focus on areas that 
need improving.
